Poland HGSS Business Performance Management (BPM)

Business Performance Management provides support to the Controlling Team in Heineken Operating Companies across Europe by: 

• Analyzing key financial information to provide feedback that will aid managerial planning and commercial decision making that will ensure future growth and profitability.
• Preparing accurate management reports for local and global, variance analysis relevant business key performance indicators  (actual vs last year, actual vs Budget/last estimate).
• Supporting  the annual budgeting and planning process .
• Ensuring the accuracy of the data(including reconciliation between financial and controlling modules in SAP), continuously review our processes, share best practices and improve where necessary (projects involvement).
• Being up to date with the ongoing technology transformation, leveraging on new reporting tools.
