Heineken Korea marketing team is responsible overall consumer communication for all the brands under Heineken Korea portfolio – Heineken, Edelweiss, Desperados, Apple Fox, Bintang and Monteith’s. From exciting creative development work to sales support, the team’s work scope varies wide commercial area.

하이네켄코리아의 마케팅팀은 하이네켄코리아 산하의 모든 브랜드인 하이네켄(Heineken), 에델바이스(Edelweiss), 데스페라도스(Desperados), 애플폭스(Apple Fox), 빈땅(Bintang), 몬티스 (Monteith’s)의 소비자 대상 커뮤니케이션을 담당하고 있습니다. 크리에이티브 개발의 신나는 업무부터, 제품 판매에 실질적인 도움을 주는 세일즈 서포트까지의 다양한 업무를 소화하고 있죠.

Trade Marketing & Sales Capability

Trade Marketing can be defined in a wide variety of ways, but briefly:

To entice shoppers or consumers to choose HEINEKEN brands and products at the point of purchase such as stores, bars and restaurants by finding shoppers/consumer insights, developing strategies and planning activations. And for excellent outlet execution, Trade marketing builds sales execution guides so called PICOS. Trade marketing is composed with specialized On and Off team by channels.

Sales Capability is leading growth of company and individual sales forces through building excellent sales capabilities of sales people, system and tools.

Trade Marketing은 매우 다양하게 정의 될 수 있습니만, 간략히 말씀 드리면 아래와 같습니다.
판매가 일어나는 매장 이나 바/레스토랑등의 접점에서 하이네켄 브랜드/ 제품이 소비자 혹은 Shopper들에게 선택 될 수 있도록 유도하기 위해 시장에 대한 Insight을 찾고 각 채널에 맞는 전략 및 Activities기획합니다. 그리고 탁월한 Field에서의 실행을 위해 영업 실행 가이드도 개발합니다.
Trade Marketing은 채널별 전문화를 위하여 On 채널과 Off 채널로 구성되어 있습니다.

Sales Capability는 People, Sales System and tool의 개발과 영업 역량 교육을 통해 Sales의 전체 및 개인의 역량 발전을 위한 활동을 합니다.

We are the only department in the company which works with all departments in the company. Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance and HR (so pretty much the whole company!)

Then What do we do? Playing Game!

- Sales : Playing and checking the execution at the battle ground.
- Sales Planning : Making realizable strategies for winning the battle.
- Incentives : Rewarding Salespeople if they win the game or complete the quests.
- Sales Tool (RSEM) : Supporting the right equipment or item for execution.
- CMI work : Analyzing and integrating the data to give level-up guide for next steps.

우리 부서는 회사의 모든 부서와 함께 일하는 부서입니다. 마케팅, 영업, 영업마케팅, 재무, 인사팀 등 다양한 부서와 함께 말이죠!

- Sales : 시장에서의 영업게임 실행 및 점검
- Sales Planning : 게임에서 승리하기 위한 실현가능한 전략수립

- Sales Tool (RSEM) : 게임을 실행하는데 필요한 알맞은 장비 및 아이템지원
- CMI work : 데이터를 분석 및 통합하여 다음 스텝을 위한 레벨업가이드 제시

We meet a variety of customers, we offer customized consulting and various promotions, communication tools as a Heineken sales representative.

On trade Sales that can have a variety of careers, is it attractive?

The off-trade sales team is making all people can meet all Heineken Korea's products whenever and wherever. All people can enjoy and buy Heineken Korea’s products in Hyper, CVS, CLSM, ALSM, everywhere!
And we are making Heineken Korea as No.1 company in Korea's IPS market. We believe you are the right volunteer for Heineken Korea and off-trade sales. Let's with us and enjoy Heineken Korea's great working life together.

Distributor Development

By the Distributor, Of the Talent, For the Number

Customer planning; we analyze customer’s expectations, needs behavior, organization, strategy for performance.

Identify and formulate the most efficient and effective way to sell and distribute HKR’s products through the market/channel/customer/outlet to optimize sales and increase profit.

On the job, leadership, communication and negotiation skill will be developed.
We closely work with Logistic, Finance, Outlet sales team, Commercial Support team and more.

도매영업팀은 좋은 성과를 만들기 위해 고객의 기대와 요구, 행동, 조직, 전략을 분석하는 일을 합니다.

도매영업은 하이네켄 코리아 제품을 시장상황에 따라 전략채널별 거래처별, 업장별로 최적화된 영업을 효율적이고 효과적이게 만들어 내서 이익을 극대화 시킬 수 있는 팀 입니다.

일을 하면서 리더쉽과 의사소통 및 협상 능력이 자연스럽게 길러질 것 입니다.
도매영업팀은 물류팀과 재무팀과 업소팀과 Commercial Support Team 뿐만아니라 회사의 여러팀과 두루 연관되어 일을 하기 때문이죠!
