JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. BUSINES S DEVELOPMENT & CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT
•Target Achievement: SDIP tracking, Evaluate Sub-D performance (digital coverage, sales out vs sales in, fill rate), Ensure purchase from distributors.
• Fundamental KPI: Ensure individual Call/ Route Compliance, Track & monitor Sub-Distributor Delivery route compliance, Outlet ASO, SKU per Sub-D, Sales out vs sales in, Fill rate.
• Customer Centricity: Understand Sub-D & outlets’ pain points (with both distributors and outlets) and ensure all complaints and inquiries are resolved end-to-end.
• Digital Capability: Strengthen Sub-D digital capabilities in using tools such as DIS Lite, Omni channel platforms (SEM, DOT, B2B, Telesales) to enhance visibility, efficiency, and execution in route-to-market.
• Lite JBP: Build and maintain long-term relationships with sub-distributors. Quarterly review with Sub-D.
• Drive HVN Contribution: Optimize product mix and channel execution to grow HVN contribution in Sub-D portfolio.
2. TERRITORY DEVELOPMENT
• Sales Execution: Work closely with SS managing outlets under Sub-D to ensure portfolio availability, stock sufficiency, SLA compliance, and price transparency across the territory.
• Customer Acquisition: Continuously update, search for, evaluate and onboard new potential customers within the assigned area for Sub-distributors
• Distributor & Sub Distributor Relationship: Coordinate with DDE to strengthen relationship between Sub-D and Distributor, including issues related to territory boundaries, outlet credit management, …
3. DISCIPLINE
• Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate Sub-D segmentation, supplier mapping, stock records, and transactional data to support effective operations and reporting.
• Sub-D Information Updates: Ensure completeness and regular updates of Sub-D profiles (twice per year) and up-to-date outlet profiles under Sub-D.
• Route compliance: Plan and complete call visits as per the route plan, strictly adhering to business activity goals and Sub-D policy.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
• University graduate, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, or Marketing.
• Experience in distribution, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), or market development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in digital tools and online sales platforms.
• High sense of responsibility, discipline, and ability to work independently.
