Area Operation Executive_ Giám sát Kinh doanh _ kênh Hiện đại MONT (Hà Nội)
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise sales activities in the assigned area to ensure the achievement of sales targets & team sales goals.
• Monitor the progress of promotional programs for customer groups within the responsible area.
• Coordinate with the Planning department & related departments to clearly communicate trade promotion programs and promotional activities to the team.
• Provide timely insights and recommendations based on market and competitor’ information..
• Responsible for exploring opportunities to develop market share/volume for products/brands.
• Supervise the performance of sales routes and customers.
• Manage and motivate the team to achieve the sales targets set by the company.
• Ensure team members comply with company policies.
• Motivate, guide, and train the sales team through field coaching and training sessions.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-years of experience in sales supervising, business operations, or a related field, preferably in the FMCG or distribution sector.
• Effective communication skills for dealing with key customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to travel frequently as required for business operations.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and dedication to achieving company goals.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Ability to communication in English at intermediate level.
