Your Role

The Process & Control Improvement (P&CI) Manager leads the P&CI Function and is a trusted and challenging business partner for local (senior) management and functions in achieving business objectives. The P&CI function is vital in maintaining an appropriate internal control environment by supporting local management through the risk management process, compliance and fraud management and assurance activities.

The P&CI team furthermore drives and implements improvements and standardisation of the Heineken Netherlands business processes.

As P&CI Manager you will lead the P&CI team consisting of 6 employees. Your position is based in Zoeterwoude.

You report directly to the Finance Director HEINEKEN Netherlands.


Your profile
For this role we are looking for an experienced, self-starting financial with a strong sense for connection and who likes to drive change whilst being a true guardian of the HEINEKEN Netherlands assets & reputation.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • University degree/Masters in Economics, Finance or Business Administration;
  • Certification of RA/CIA/RO or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is a pre;
  • Approximately 5-10 years of relevant working experience;
  • Experience in the area of internal controls, internal/ external audit or process management and improvement;
  • Working knowledge and understanding of process risk management, internal controls, business process management, fraud management & compliance;
  • Experience in organizing and leading cross-functional teams, assessing business process and information flows, performing cost/benefit analyses, tracking results, developing; recommendations and implementing changes that benefit business performance;
  • A lot of energy to help making HEINEKEN Netherlands an even better company
