Are you a student eager to gain hands-on experience through an internship? At HEINEKEN, we offer you a dynamic environment where you can learn, grow, and thrive. Every six months, we have over 100 different internships available, so there's always one that fits your personal ambitions and interests!
Our internships kick-off in February and September and typically last 5 to 6 months.

Global Graduate Program
In March 2025, we have launched a new program: the Global Graduate Program. This program is a redesigned version of our Management Traineeships. Over the course of the three-year program, you will complete three rotations, each lasting six months. The first two rotations will take place at HEINEKEN Netherlands, followed by an overseas assignment at another operating company. After these rotations, you will spend approximately 18 months in a role at HEINEKEN Netherlands. After successful completion of the program, you will be ready to explore our world, and to explore your future, at HEINEKEN.
We expect to start recruiting for the Commercial and Finance tracks in the second half of 2026, with a start date in 2027. For the Supply Chain track, there will be no recruitment in 2026. Once the exact timeline is confirmed, you will find the most up-to-date information here.

Are you a recent graduate ready to make an impact in your field? At HEINEKEN, we offer ambitious starters a jump start with our specialized Digital & Technology traineeship. Through this two-year rotational program, you'll have the opportunity to fully immerse yourself in digital and technology-driven roles, allowing you to develop into a true specialist by the end of your journey.
