Traineeships The Netherlands
In March 2025, we will launch a new program: the Global Graduate Program. This program is a redesigned version of our Management Traineeships. Over the course of the three-year program, you will complete three rotations, each lasting six months. The first two rotations will take place at HEINEKEN Netherlands, followed by an overseas assignment at another operating company. After these rotations, you will spend approximately 18 months in a role at HEINEKEN Netherlands. After successful completion of the program, you will be ready to explore our world, and to explore your future, at HEINEKEN.
Applications for the Finance, Commercial, and Supply Chain tracks will open in March 2025, and the program itself will kick off in September 2025.

Specialist Traineeship Tracks
Have you recently graduated and are you ready to make an impact in your field? At HEINEKEN, we offer ambitious starters a jump start with two specialized traineeship tracks: Digital & Technology and Operational & Technology. Through our two-year rotation program, you'll have the opportunity to fully immerse yourself in your area of expertise, allowing you to grow into a true specialist by the end of the journey.
The opening date for applications to our Digital & Technology and Operational & Technology traineeships has not yet been determined. Stay tuned for more updates!
Internships

Every six months, we have over 100 different internships available, so there's always one that fits your personal ambitions and interests!
Our internships kick-off in February and September and typically last 5 to 6 months.
