We’re looking for a Value Measurement Lead who can bring our value measurement capability to the next level.

 

Your role at HEINEKEN 

The Value Measurement Lead owns the value measurement frameworks, value KPI tree and value tracking and leads the value design & approach of use cases for eB2B to drive insights for value-based product development and measure & track incremental growth. You worksat the intersection of Business and Analytics and you are able how to define, capture, track and visualize value for value cases of eB2B products and capabilities. You increase value measurement literacy across eB2B! 

 

In this role, you will be responsible for 

  1. Responsibility scope: responsible for successful delivery and adoption of value measurement framework, value KPI tree and value tracking in eB2B. Lead the value design and approach of use cases Responsible for correctness of captured KPI value and storytelling actionable insights 

  1. Business owner of the value measurement frameworks, value KPI tree, and value tracking. Be well versed in value measurement frameworks and tracking business value through analytics 

  1. Define the value measurement and tracking vision and prioritize value cases in an Agile way of working 

  1. Work closely together with B2B product and KPI owners to establish value measurement requirements and translate this into value measurement and tracking requirements 

  1. Define data source to pull data from and have automated data pipelines feeding into measurement and tracking reports 

  1. Identify data gaps and develop strategy how to get better value measurement and tracking 

  1. Lead cross-functional efforts to launch value measurement frameworks and value tracking by connecting the analytical and business world 

  1. Manage day-to-day functional and design direction and collaborate with the Global Analytics team for delivery 

  1. Evangelize data-driven value measurement and tracking within eB2B, train eB2B function in best practices and increase knowledge level

You are known as an inspiring business savvy and commercially driven leader who is able to build strong relationships within HEINEKEN organization to influence, support and drive priorities. Based on your experience, you have a deep understanding of the business and the importance of creating value for the business and the customer, but also about architecture frameworks. 

 

As prequalification's, our ideal candidate would have:  

  • A Master's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Analytics 

  • 8 + years of working experience 

  • You show a proven track record in an e-commerce value measurement and tracking on the edge of Business and Analytics 

  • It would be great if you have knowledge in product management and customer centric design, demonstrable experience in leading teams and have experience with agile methodologies & Scrum 

  • Experience with A/B testing and causal inference from ML models, BI and analytics, value measurement methodologies, KPI definition, knowledge of industry trends 

  • You are at least fluent in English
