We do this by supporting the designing, building and delivering of expertise in the role of Product Architect and support agile projects related to the Computer Vision (Image Recognition) products and services.
Your role at HEINEKEN
As the Computer Vision (Image Recognition) Architect, you own the end-to-end ideation, solution, architecture and scaling of the product in our landscape in the commerce domain, contributing to HEINEKEN International’s Evergreen strategy. You will work directly with the Product Owner(s), understand the business needs and help convert those needs into solution architecture specifications and services in line with overall architectural standards and roadmaps. You work closely with stakeholders from all over the company, global & local, and the rest of the D&T Commerce team and colleagues within Digital & Technology, and will report directly to the Digital Innovation & Technology Manager.
Here's what you will do:
- Manage stakeholders across global & local technology teams
- Ensure solution design and technical decisions conform to overall architectural (Commerce domain, Enterprise) vision, principles and technical roadmap standards
- Conducts continuous improvement analysis on existing application architecture and identifies architectural optimizations
- Drive the technical validation and ensure the services of the technology partner meet the business requirements
- Drive and build the internal capability of Computer Vision (AI/ML) within the company
- Keep up with relevant developments in the AI area and ensures the development, transfer, and retention of knowledge
- Maintains awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and architecture best practices; and evaluates them for applicability

Are you the Product Architect Shelf Image Recognition we are looking for:
You shape, connect, deliver and role model HEINEKEN behaviors and you hold strong leadership skills, have authority to make decisions, drive operating companies and interact across cross-functional technical teams with senior stakeholders when needed. But if you really want to succeed in the role, you have the following must-haves:
- Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics or other related studies
- + 5 year’s experience working with Computer Vision technologies (Amazon SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning Studio, TensorFlow, etc.) and AI, Machine Learning etc
- Knowledge of Python, R, SQL is a plus
- + 5 years rolling out global technology preferentially in large corporations within the CPG enviroment
- Strong knowledge of integration technologies (APIs, Dell Boomi, Solace, etc.)
- Understanding of Public Cloud computing, storage, database, and underlying technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS, Kubernetes) with a strong preference for Azure
- Proven ability to quickly adapt to changing needs, in a globally dynamic environment
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders to achieve good outcomes
- Relevant knowledge of Agile/SCRUM and DevOps
- Excellent oral and written command of English
