Technology Specialist BI

And for this, we are expanding our teams and therefore looking for a Technology Specialist BI in the Integrated Reporting stream.
Your role at HEINEKEN
Lead the technical design and build of the BI solution for the scope covered by the Integrated Reporting workstream of the Core Programme
Roles & responsibilities
- Lead the technical side of the development and build for the integrated management reports, operational reports and process performance insights that the OpCos need to analyse their business and process performance and support in decision making
- Translate business requirements into development requirements for the BI developers, and balancing the business requirement with technology requirements and principles
- Decide on dashboard and report structure/tool set up;
- Manage the IT consultants responsible for the build of the BI solution and ensure on time in full delivery
- Working closely with the Core Data and Technology workstreams on ensuring fit-for-purpose data models and technology solutions to enable the workstream deliverables; be linking pin to the BI Development Team and other relevant data and technology teams
- Ensuring the designed and built solution is fit for purpose and effectively tested from a functional, technical and user perspective
- Working closely with the Business Change team to ensure the changes are effectively delivered and supported post-Go Live for the Pilot OpCos. This would include helping to design and deliver training, overseeing development of Standard Operating Procedures and supporting other transition tasks as required
- Working closely with the Global Standing Organisation and the wider Global D&T organisation to ensure continuity of the BI Solution in the business-as-usual situation
Experience & profile
What:
- Education: Master/University level
- Work experience: 5-8 years
- Required work experience in field of expertise: Demonstrated experience in business control, managerial reporting or BI delivery, exposure to cross-functional and complex international environment. Experience in large scale business transformation, preferable concerning the introduction of technology.
- Other fields of expertise: extensive exposure to reporting solutions (e.g. PowerBI, SAC), experience with data management and business process management, incl. process improvement and process mining. Developer knowledge is a plus.
- Functional skills: Good analytical and project management skills to manage delivery on time and in full (detail orientation, meeting deadlines, error-less delivery). Process (end-to-end) oriented thinking.
- Languages: English (excellent verbal and written skills)
