Your Mission
As part of the Global Commerce University (GCU), you will help elevate Brand Power and Sales Power, contributing to top-line growth by embedding world-class capabilities across our Commerce community. You will be the driving force behind the Brand Building growth driver, collaborating across global, regional and local levels to shape the future of marketing excellence at HEINEKEN.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive Capability Assessments and gap plans for their respective Growth Driver responsibilities in collaboration with Regional Excellence Directors.
  • Ensure the development of relevant quality content to drive Commerce Capabilities across their respective Growth Driver responsibility by working with functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Ensure content has clarity and simplicity for end user, fit with HWCE & fit with GCU visual ID.
  • Drive the conversion of content into L&D content and programmes (in collaboration with SMEs where appropriate).
  • Lead the development, maintenance and deployment of the HEINEKEN Way programme for their respective Growth Driver responsibilities.
  • Work in close collaboration with HR L&D Partner to optimise L&D content.
  • Lead the development and deployment of Accelerator programmes in their area (‘flying doctor’ coached application of HEINEKEN Ways with OpCos).
  • Drive Future Focus topics as relevant for their Growth Driver responsibilities, including leading Communities of Practice/Learn, Share, Reapply programmes where relevant).

What You Bring

  • Expertise: At least 10 years of functional experience, including 5+ years in middle management roles. Recent in-market marketing experience within the last 3 years is a must.
  • Presence: Comfortable and engaging when speaking in front of large audiences (100+ people).
  • Collaboration: Skilled at aligning diverse, senior stakeholders and working cross-functionally.
  • Creativity: Passionate about L&D with a proven ability to deliver innovative and impactful programmes.
  • Simplicity: A natural ability to distill complex content into clear, engaging messaging.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel regularly, including occasional weekends or public holidays (days in lieu provided).
