Part-time/full-time:

What will you do as a Shift Leader?

As the Shift Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating all daily operational activities in the Heineken Flagship Store, focusing on merchandise sales and guest hospitality. Your main responsibilities include:
 

  • Daily Operations Coordination: Overseeing the smooth execution of store operations, ensuring merchandise is displayed according to Heineken Experience (HEX) guidelines, and handling all in-store service requests.
  • Guest Hospitality: Safeguarding exceptional guest service and ensuring that every visitor receives a warm, friendly, and memorable experience.
  • Team Leadership: Managing and instructing floor personnel to ensure adherence to the HEX values, tracking worked hours, and ensuring correct administrative procedures are followed.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensuring store operations comply with all relevant safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
     

Proactive Store Development:

  • Operations Tasks: Supporting store operations by performing tasks such as training staff and working on system improvements in alignment with the Store Operations Manager.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Providing feedback on product offerings and promotions, and suggesting improvements to enhance store performance.
  • Systems Management: Ensuring all systems, such as cash registers, are functioning correctly and flagging any issues or areas for improvement.
  • Logistics Cooperation: Maintaining a strong relationship with the HEX Warehouse Manager and coordinating store logistics.

You are a hands-on, service-oriented individual with excellent leadership skills and a passion for creating great guest experiences. Here’s what we are looking for:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a retail or hospitality environment, ideally in a supervisory or team-leading role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with an eye for detail in both service and store presentation.
  • Teamwork: Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Customer Focus: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and improving guest satisfaction.
  • Problem Solving: A proactive mindset for improving processes, resolving issues, and optimizing store systems.
