Your role at HEINEKEN

 

This role is part of the Product Team GSD & Orchestration. The GSD & Orchestration is responsible for delivering the Heineken ServiceNow platform, as well as Global Service Desk and Service management services. On the ServiceNow platform we hosts multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, Security Ops, Strategic Portfolfio Management and HR. Team has the purpose to provide great user experience, accelerate platform adoption, stabilization and improve outcomes. We do this by providing a platform to different teams, delivered by multiple vendors, following our leading practices, methodologies and tools based on our experience.

 

Product Architect will be working as part of the product devops team(s) and acts as delegated platform owner. The Product Architect is a technical advisor, good at designing solutions and identifying impacts on overall platform. Responsible for helping our teams establish a technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that improve outcomes. The Product Architect ensures we use leading practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core/foundation data, integrations, and the technical health of the platform. Focused on guiding multiple vendors solution on a technical architecture designed for long-term success. Additionally, the Product architects makes sure the development team is performing to the right standards and deliverables and provides guidance on content in case developers need assistance.

 

In this role, you will:

  • You will work with executives, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams on day to day basis;
  • Be a technical expert across multiple engagements to guide teams, partners, and internal team members to provide successful design and solutions;
  • Provide a variety of knowledge across multiple flows and integrations;
  • Develop relationships with technical and business leaders to understand/expand the role of ServiceNow in digital transformation vision and help them in understanding where Servicenow fits in the journey;
  • Translate Product roadmap into a Technical and Knowledge roadmap;
  • Analyze and translate business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve complex goals;
  • Priorities backlog items and prepare sprint backlog
  • Be an active contributor of leading practices and expertise related to the ServiceNow platform;
  • Ensures consistency of the overall product and is together with other team members end-to-end responsible to deliver the value of a single Product through the entire Product life cycle;
  • Participates in the selection of new technologies, manages the quality of the solution and technical debt;
  • Is responsible for ensuring the overall HEINEKEN standards and best practices are adhered by (i.e. Quality, Compliance);
  • Ensures the product design and implementation adheres to functional requirements and architecture standards.

As qualifications, our ideal candidate would have:

  • Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics or other related studies;
  • 7+ years progressive experience as part of a ServiceNow product team;
  • Creative with comfort running implementation independently;
  • Experience driving complex features/issues through analysis and resolution;
  • ServiceNow certifications related to ITSM,ITOM,SPM,HR and/or IRM is desired;
  • Being able to make decisions about which technologies are needed to develop the product;
  • The ability to visualize and create high-level models (rigorous information-rich diagrams) that can be used in future analysis to extend and mature the business architecture;
  • Experience of working in a deadline driven environment with rapid release cycles;
  • Preferably experience with working in an Agile environment.
  • Open to learn new processes and technologies;
  • Passion for new technologies;
  • Fluent in English.
