We’re looking for a Senior Sponsorship Manager to lead and evolve world-class sponsorships that go beyond visibility: driving cultural relevance, fan engagement, and long-term brand impact on a global scale!

In this role, you will be a part of the Global Heineken® Sponsorship Team which is structured within the Global Heineken® Brand Team. As a consumer centered brand that aims to be the beer brand of choice for Gen Y & Z, it’s important to be relevant and meaningful to our consumers. As Senior Sponsorship Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing and evaluating high-profile global sponsorships. You will ensure partnerships deliver on brand and business objectives by creating impactful, culturally relevant, and consumer-first experiences – both on and off the field.

 

Your responsibilities

As a Global Heineken® Sponsorship Manager you are responsible for:

  • Leading all partnerships in the F1 ecosystem – from contract negotiations to rights delivery and execution against the key strategic imperatives
  • Strategically shaping and continuously improving Heineken®’s Global Partnerships
  • Balancing strategic thinking with strong on‑the‑ground execution
  • Building strong cross-functional relationships internally (marketing, digital, PR, commercial) as well as inspire global rights holders, external agencies
  • Driving “always-on” engagement strategies beyond key event moments
  • Collaborating closely with regional and local teams to ensure consistent and locally relevant execution
  • Planning, Briefing, Budget Management, Execution and operational excellence
  • Aligning global strategy with local market needs and opportunities

 

Your profile

In order to be successful in this opportunity, the below applies to you:

  • Proven (5-8 years) experience in sponsorships, partnerships, or brand marketing in an international setting
  • Experience in motorsports: rightsholder or brand-side
  • Strong understanding of sports and/or entertainment marketing ecosystems
  • Experience delivering integrated campaigns across digital, experiential, and content
  • Excellent stakeholder management and strong negotiation skills
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution
  • Passion for culture, innovation, and consumer engagement
  • Hands-on operational experience (People Operations, contracting, on‑the‑ground activation).
  • Broad exposure to agencies, service partners, rights holders.
