What will you do as a Senior Rewards Specialist?
The Rewards team at HEINEKEN works for all operating companies based in The Netherlands. In this role you will be developing competitive, fair, and motivating Reward policies and support in creating a strategic vision on Rewards. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to design, implement and contribute to the development of C&B to the next level!
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and evaluate competitive compensation policies to attract and retain talent, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends.
- Contribute to the modernization and simplification of the overall reward package for the HEINEKEN entities and make it more aligned with the current labour market.
- Define communication strategies to enhance understanding and transparency around our compensation and benefits policies to create a positive perception of reward programs.
- Provide HR management with insight and data.
- Work closely with the 3 other members of the Rewards team.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders such as the management of the Dutch entities, the Global Rewards team and People Operations to effectuate reward package changes in systems, processes and payroll.
- Be the subject matter expert on the reward matters, processes and job evaluation/grading.
- Incorporate best reward practices (e.g. based on benchmarking).
- Perform job/employee data and reward evaluations and analyses.
- Advise and assist the People Business Partners.
- Support the labour relations work with employees, unions and works council
Are you the Rewards Specialist who completes our team?
We are looking for a seasoned Rewards Specialist to join our dynamic team in Amsterdam. We need someone who is not only passionate about executing and innovating Rewards processes and job grading but also possesses a keen eye for efficiency and excellence.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dutch Rewards, Masters degree preferred.
- Good knowledge of benchmarking.
- Knowledge and experience with job grading using the Korn Ferry Hay methodology.
- Experience with working in an international environment.
- Experience with a production environment, shift work and Dutch trade unions and works councils.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills to explain reward programs and strategies to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with project management.
- Experience in working in a corporate enterprise is a plus.
