In this position, you will shape the development, deployment, and improvement of RMG Analytics Products that drive revenue optimization and support strategic decision-making. This is a truly global role where you will work cross-functionally with design teams, Global Analytics, external agencies, business-facing stakeholders, and internal customers. You will build business and product requirements, deliver data-driven solutions and roadmaps, and bring value to Heineken. This high-impact, high-visibility role comes with ownership of a critical product, enabling the achievement of the RMG vision at Heineken.
Roles & Responsibilities
Product Management
- Lead the establishment of the RMG Cockpit, a comprehensive global RMG Analytics suite serving as a single source of truth for tracking business performance while offering OpCo performance diagnostics to identify future value creation opportunities.
- Manage product development for the RMG Analytics domain (e.g., RMG Cockpit) and own the product vision, value proposition, and tenets.
- Collaborate with business or end users to understand their needs, establish business requirements, and translate them into User Stories, with a special focus on design and UX in collaboration with Design Leads.
- Oversee product development, orchestrate all internal and external parties, and manage interdependencies with adjacent projects (e.g., the Data Foundations Commerce project) that may impact scope and timing of product delivery.
- Identify customer issues and opportunities, ensure their prioritization and integration into the product plan, test and approve new features, monitor performance, and continuously improve products based on value and business needs.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle and related value measurement, including defining product/feature KPIs.
Deployment Management
- Manage OpCo deployments in a timely and high-quality manner, delivering against the product roadmap.
- Shape and develop change management and capability-building approaches to ensure user adoption, including developing training programs to enable tool usage and unlock value.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with a wide range of (senior) stakeholders to gather insights, communicate progress, gain buy-in, manage expectations, mobilize teams, secure deployment progress/adoption, and safeguard delivery against ambition.
Experience & Profile
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Master’s degree, preferably in business or engineering.
- Work Experience: 7+ years of experience, with 5+ years in product management, analytics, or a related field, preferably within Revenue Management.
- Required Expertise:
- Demonstrated experience in RMG (and preferably other commercial functions) within FMCG.
- Experience with data-driven tools and advanced analytics.
- Proven experience with change management.
- Proficiency in customer-focused technology and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
- Experience with data visualization tools.
- Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in another global language is highly valued.
