What will you do as a Senior Process Expert - RMG?
As the Senior Process Expert, you will be responsible for developing and deploying the global vision and process strategy for Revenue Margin Growth (RMG) across Heineken. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Co-shaping the global process ambition blueprint and strategy for RMG in line with the Commerce and Market to Cash (MtC) strategy.
2. Designing and deploying the global RMG processes, ensuring alignment with OpCos, and reducing process deviations through continuous improvement.
3. Developing data-driven insights on process performance using dashboards, KPI frameworks, and process mining to support operational excellence and cost efficiency.
4. Being responsible for the transformation roadmap to mature RMG processes towards target state and collaborating with D&T and RMG Capability teams to ensure technology platform developments enable this roadmap.
5. Building internal and external networks to share best practices and stay on top of new developments, driving innovation in the RMG space.

Are you the Senior Process Expert - RMG who completes our team?
You are a strategic thinker with in-depth knowledge of Revenue Margin Growth processes. You excel in complex, cross-functional environments and have a proven track record of process design and digital transformation. Here’s what we are looking for:

Work Experience:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in process design, mapping, and analytics within complex international environments.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end RMG processes, continuous improvement, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with digital transformation projects and product ownership, with a strong understanding of process analytics.
• University-level education, with excellent verbal and written skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple complex stakeholder relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and resolving conflicting priorities.
• Strong mix of conceptual and operational thinking, with experience in project and change management methodologies.
