Rewards Operations Specialist

 

Location: Amsterdam, Hybrid

We are looking for a proactive Rewards Operations Specialist who can take the lead in managing our processes and driving improvements.

 

Job Description:
In this operational role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing central operational processes, requiring a hands-on approach and a willingness to take initiative. You will work closely with various stakeholders all over the world to ensure smooth operations, utilizing your analytical skills to identify and resolve issues independently. You will become the go-to expert for our Global Mobility system, providing support to your colleagues while also driving continuous improvements to enhance its functionality.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support: Take ownership of central Rewards processes, procedures, and tools. Ensure high-quality service delivery and efficiency through proactive management and continuous improvement.

  • Functional Expertise: Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in the area of Global Mobility.

  • System Expertise: Analyse issues within our processes and ensure that IT systems (e.g., ECA Enterprise) are configured optimally. Maintain other tools, such as our SharePoint site, to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

  • Documentation and Training: Document and communicate proactively about our processes and procedures. Train relevant stakeholders to enhance their understanding and compliance.

  • Reporting: Design and prepare timely, recurring, and ad hoc reports . Ensure that reporting effectively supports our processes and management decision-making.

 

Your Profile:
We are looking for a proactive professional with the following qualifications and experience:

 

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, particularly in Compensation and Benefits processes.

  • Strong analytical thinker with the ability to independently identify and solve problems.

  • Excellent Excel skills and a strong interest in systems, processes, and data.

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Service-oriented attitude and a readiness to take the lead.

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
