What will you do as a People Administration Officer?
As a People Administration officer you will handle in-employment and leavers processes within SLA deadlines and continuously work on process innovation and improvement. Customer satisfaction is key, so we are looking for open minded, empathic, analytical team players with strong administration skills.
You’ll be part of the In-employment and leavers team, within the People Operations Department.
Working in People Administration Services means having an end2end focus; takng responsibility for the quality of service delivered and feeling ownership of completing a (sub) process entirely. You will work on promotions, offboardings, leave requests, international assignments and collaborate with various stakeholders within our People Function, such as People Business Partners, Global Mobility and the Legal team. You’ll also support different projects and ensure compliant payroll for over 10.000 people.
Are you the People Administration officer who completes our team?
We are looking for someone with strong administration skills to effectively support HR processes and ensure smooth operations. Analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial for continuous process improvement and handling various transactions efficiently. Excellent customer service orientation, coupled with strong communication skills in English and/or Dutch is essential for providing support and assistance to our employees.
If you really want to succeed in this role, then you also recognize yourself in the following:
· strong understanding of HR systems such as ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, and SAP Payroll, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook
· HBO degree preferred in Human Resource Management, Labour law or Financial Administration
· Affinity with HR processes, labour law and/or payroll and keen interest in staying updated
· Affinity with Global Mobility processes
· Proficiency in English and/or Dutch, both verbal and written
· Attention to detail, adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
