Your Job:

The primary responsibility of the Organisational Transformation Lead is to lead the transformation strategy globally regarding organizational impact, ways of working and capabilities required for the future organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape the programme vision, metrics of success (aligned with the business case) and key messages. Ensure alignment with wider business agenda. Articulate the journey and anticipated outcomes to energise everyone through change.
  • Define the global change & transformation strategy for the programme across all workstreams and audiences (employees, managers, senior leaders and all pillars of the future People Function – incl. Operations, Business Partners and CoEs).
  • Oversee the delivery against the strategy across all regions and phases of the programme, Work with the local HR teams to assess and manage people impacts (segmenting business and HR audiences to ensure success).
  • Embed new ways of working in HR Operations through training. Work with the CoEs and Business Partnering organisations to ensure timely assessment and closure of capability gaps across all pillars of the future model.
  • Oversee progress across all pillars to ensure a successful transformation. Coach re-gional & OpCo team members to build sustained change & transformation capability. Oversee the mobilisation of an effective change network.
  • Define and drive the Change Management strategy for organisational impact of CORE Programme.
  • Synergise strategy with HR, Change & Communication, Deployment & Business Solution team, OpCo and Global Functions to ensure alignment and end-to- end approach.
  • Prepare for change by assessing the magnitude of change (as is versus to be) and the organisation’s change readiness and capacity to absorb change
  • Structurally exchange of change management knowledge and experience with stakeholders and peers. Seeks out new methods, tools and techniques.
