The opportunity:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Rewards Manager to join our dynamic team at Heineken. As a Rewards Manager, you'll be responsible for defining the rewards strategy with the Heineken Group and NL Entities’ Management team that aligns with the global rewards strategy. You will also play a critical role in driving the rewards agenda to support the business strategy, and simultaneously achieve alignment across the OpCos.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

§Define, own and execute medium/long term rewards strategy with the Netherlands Management team to support company business strategy, and align with broader global rewards team and People agenda
§Manage and Lead the rewards team to drive rewards agenda in the OpCos for population below senior managers (JG30 and below):
§Implement rewards framework on base pay, STI and drive for alignment across the OpCos
§Manage annual salary review cycle (AP salary increase planning, benchmark and reference salary, salary matrix, annual salary increase process)
§Manage job grading review and approval
§Manage incentive plan review (STI/Sales Incentive)
§Lead other rewards projects to support business requirement together with harmonization and modernization:
§Lead harmonisation of labour relations landscape across the Dutch OpCo’s
§Personnel Cost Management to support AP and SP
§Stay closely aligned with peer companies to continuously seek for opportunities to modernise, simplify and harmonise our labour conditions. Timely response to upcoming new legislation and make sure appropriate preparation for fully compliance of the organization.
§Implement social sustainability program on two main initiatives with annual assessment and action plans
§Equal Pay for Equal Work
§Fair Wage
§Collaborate with the Regional/Global Rewards Networks to embed global initiatives and frameworks, and learn best practice
§Drive pension and benefits agenda in the Netherlands including Dutch Pension scheme, Dutch local benefits program and IRSP.

 

Experience & Profile (WHAT & HOW):

 

What:

§Education: Bachelor/Master level
§Work experience: At least 10 years.
§Required work experience in field of expertise: Reward management experience is a must. Preferably with both consultancy experience and in-house rewards management experience. Proven track record in Dutch labour conditions. Strong tie with external networks to continuously stay up to date with latest developments.
§Functional skills: experience with IT systems, Microsoft Office, knowledge of industry trends
§Languages: Dutch and English
