Key accountabilities
- Providing administrative and operational support for two to four Directors within HEINEKEN Head Office, you can be involved in multiple cross functions.
- Assisting in the coordination and execution of key business processes, such as budget management, procurement, and project administration.
- Collaborating with the business support community teams in streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and drive organizational effectiveness. Encouraging Directors to be self-managed as much as possible.
- Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication and resolution of inquiries.
- Proactively handling complex agendas optimizing and stimulating an efficient and healthy way of working, organizing travel and fun events!

What you bring to HEINEKEN:
- Bachelor’s degree business administration, MBO, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a large and complex organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is key for this role along with being IT Savvy.
