As a Learning & Solutions lead you boost the global learning / capability development agendas across HEINEKEN through clear & harmonized learning process ownership enabled by digital technology. This is a hands-on role to drive the development and delivery of digital learning tools and platforms in partnership the Global People System & Support team, OpCos and Functions, in support of HEINEKEN’s learning strategy, ensuring excellent user acceptance, feedback and business results. You report to the Director Global Leadership & Organisation Development


Your responsibilities


1. Continued evolution and deployment of common global learning technology systems / tools across Opcos and Functions: work with Global People Leadership teams, the Global People System & Support team and global functional Learning Business Partner team to identify areas where digital learning tools and approaches can help to ensure increased scale, impact and efficiency of current and future learning interventions.


2. Review and alignment common approach to Functional competency frameworks and competency assessments: work with Global Functional Learning & Capability Manager to build aligned Global competency framework and embed approach throughout appropriate tools / platforms (incl MyLearning, MyHR) and work with Functional Learning Business Partners to further roll out competency assessment solution and embed approach throughout appropriate tools platforms.


3. Business impact measurement, Reporting and KPIs: in partnership with the Learning & Capability team / OpCo and Functional stakeholders agree key business metrics and KPIs measuring impact and success of HEINEKEN’s learning initiatives, ensure enablement to track progress using PowerBI Online Learning report.


4. Build Learning & Capability community of practice : in alignment with Digital Learning lead drive optimitisation, alignment and impact of (online) learning through Learning & Capability Community of Practice.


Our ideal candidate has:


  • University level education or the equivalent qualified by experience
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • A strong sense of the advantages and limitations of relevant technology - deep understanding of technology and its application to learning,
  • Demonstrated ability to lead the design and deployment of enterprise learning & development programmes at comparable multinational matrixed organisations. Demonstrated experience in engaging, aligning and influencing senior stakeholders across different functions, and good understanding of strategy and needs of business.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of Learning Management System (preferably SuccessFactors LMS and CrossKnowledge Learning System), knowledge of eLearning authoring systems (preferably Elucidat, WhatFix/WalkMe).
  • Ability to easily translate innovative instructional design and leadership research into the design and deployment of programmes that deliver business performance.
