The internship.
- Provide relevant information about the stage of growth of the Heineken ambassadors in the Heineken Experience to support the operations, flagship store, HEX Events, and global events team.
- Take over ongoing projects, such as improvement of the hiring procedures.
- Support with relevant and constant content for online training.
- Facilitate a good selection and onboarding process of new Heineken Ambassadors
- Work with the Training and Development Coordinator to ensure all the abovementioned and more are met.

The department
The Training and development inside the Heineken Experience works hand to hand with all the departments to ensure a valuable improvement of our extraordinary people. Our main goal is to explore the individual potential hidden in our colleagues and try to create a real connection between their job and their true talents.
The terms of employment
- Your starting date is 1 February/ September 2025
- The internship is full-time (in consultation also 4 days a week possible)
- The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
- It is a practice-oriented internship.
- You will be based in the Heineken Experience, Amsterdam.
- You will receive an internship fee of €650 (wo & hbo)
- You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on full-time)
- If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed.
The start of your internship
Together with a diverse group of interns from different departments, you will start your internship at HEINEKEN. Together you will be introduced to the organization. Furthermore, you can organize fun activities with your fellow interns.

Conditions of HEINEKEN
- You are enrolled at an educational institution.
- In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution.
- In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
- Physical presence at the location of your internship. We believe that you learn most when you can work directly with your colleagues. It is therefore not possible to work completely remotely and HEINEKEN does not facilitate housing.
