The internship
HEINEKEN is on a journey to become the best-connected brewer in the world. This ambition is supported by our Talent Acquisition Team in bringing in the best Talents for our organization. So, we are looking for ways we can ensure we have Talent Acquisition data at our fingertips.
In this internship you will be responsible for the following:

- Interacting with our regional and global people function colleagues to understand and capture their feedback and requirements. Our business is dynamic so new queries arise regularly. New requirements must be evaluated in terms of the value they will deliver, and the complexity of the changes required before they are prioritized and implemented.
- Support on progressing our Talent Acquisition and People Analytics use cases.
- Work with multiple datasets to extract insights.
- Evaluate organizational methods and provide source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for datasets

You will work together with these colleagues on a day-to-day basis. We also interact with different People disciplines in Amsterdam, such as the People Analytics and Global Talent Acquisition. Our team likes to socialize and enjoy each other’s company. There will be plenty of team moments.
