The internship

We are looking for a (graduate) student, passionate about Project Management and who is looking for an experience in an international environment! 

Are you organized, strong in delivery and passionate about project management and procurement? Do you like to work in a culturally diverse environment in a global program impacting many people in our organisation? You might like this role in our Supplier Management Program at HEINEKEN.

With the Supplier Management Program, HEINEKEN aims to implement a comprehensive approach to strategically plan for and manage all interactions with its suppliers to maximize the value of those interactions. In order to support the delivery of this global program we have an open position in the Project Management team.

 


Your responsibilities

In this internship you will be ‘the right hand’ of the Project Managers of the program and you will, amongst other things, be responsible for:

  • Support on shaping and deploying new modules for supplier management
  • Support in Change & Communication activities by creating content for planned and ad-hoc communication channels
  • Monitoring user adoption and ramp-up plans
  • Support configuration and improvement of supplier management platform

 

Your profile

You are a student in a relevant field of study and you have the following:

  • Ability to prioritize and to work in a structured way on projects and individually
  • Exceptional team player capability and eagerness to learn, share knowledge
  • Proficiency in English: written, spoken and interpersonal
  • A pragmatic approach with a can-do mentality

The terms of employment

  • Your starting date is 1st February 2023
  • The internship is fulltime (in consultation also 4 days a week possible)
  • The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
  • You are registered at an educational institution
  • It is a practice-oriented internship
  • You will be based in our Schiphol office
  • You will receive an internship fee of €500
  • You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
  • If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed 

 

The start of your internship

Together with a diverse group of interns from different departments you will start your internship at HEINEKEN. Together you will be introduced to the organization. Furthermore, you can organize fun activities with your fellow interns.
