Your new team and workplace
Give a brief introduction to your department: what do you work on, what are the main challenges, and what does the team look like? And most importantly, what makes it a great place to do an internship?
The Global Route to Consumer (RTC) team shapes the ways of working of the sales organization. How our products reach consumers across markets by defining strategies, capabilities, and standards that enable sustainable growth. The team supports local markets (OpCos) with frameworks, playbooks, and best practices that drive consistency while allowing local agility.
Our main challenges include navigating diverse market realities, aligning global standards with local needs, managing complex data from multiple sources, and accelerating capability building across regions, all in a fast-moving, consumer-centric environment.
The team is highly collaborative and international, bringing together experts from sales , strategy, analytics, and project management. We work closely with regional teams, local OpCos, and cross-functional global stakeholders.
What makes RTC a great place to do an internship is the exposure: interns work on real global projects, interact with senior stakeholders, and gain hands-on experience in strategy execution, data structuring, and knowledge management.
