The internship

Help us creating value to the Commerce Operations we have spread around the world. If you like the combination of finance and sales skills, the RMG (Revenue and Margin growth) team is the right place to be. We must interact with people in the headquarter and from different countries and areas (e.g. Marketing and Finance) to identify the key strategical opportunities. With a strong collaboration among other areas, through some analysis and insights we can partner on delivering the results we need!

• Main responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Global RMG team with analyses and insights that can maximize the value our operations can deliver
  • Learn, analyze and deep dive on the RMG levers (pricing, pack price architecture, mix management, Promo and Discounts/trade terms) to unlock initiatives of high value to the business .

• Project you will work on:
  • RMG Accelerator project – it’s a complete deep dive we make in a 4-month period in different countries to boost results in the short term, but making sure the local team will enhance their abilities
• Interaction:
  • Sales, marketing and finance teams both in the Headquarters and the Operations we run the Accelerator project

The department

The RMG area is a unique department that really blends sales and finance skills into one discipline. Imagine that you must maximise results not only increasing prices, but also finding alternative ways to delivers better results. To do that we have to be analytical but also able to put the sales shoes.

The terms of employment

• Your starting date is 1 February 2025
• The internship is fulltime
• The duration of the internship is 6 months
• It is a practice-oriented internship
• You will be based in Amsterdam
• During your internship, you have the flexibility to work in a hybrid setup
• You will receive an internship fee of €650 gross pm based on 40 hours per week (when you start at the 1st of January 2025).
• You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
• If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed

Conditions of HEINEKEN

1. You are enrolled at an educational institution.
   1. In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution, from which we receive proof of enrollment for the current academic year from you.
   2. In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
2. Living in the Netherlands during internship (HEINEKEN does not facilitate housing).
