The internship

Join our dynamic Systems & Solutions (S&S) team as an intern and gain hands-on experience in the exciting fields of Digital HR. You'll have the opportunity to work on various projects, collaborate with different departments, and contribute to meaningful improvements. This internship offers comprehensive learning experience, allowing you to develop valuable skills and make a tangible impact on our organization.

·       Adhoc Reporting & Analytics: Assist in the creation and maintenance of adhoc reports and analytics to support various business needs. This includes gathering requirements, extracting data from several HR systems, and presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner.

·       Optimize Project Management Process: Support the development and enhancement of project management (dashboards). This involves collaborating with project managers to understand key metrics, integrating data from multiple sources, and ensuring the dashboards provide accurate and timely insights.

·       Dashboard Improvements: Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing dashboards in PowerBI by identifying areas for enhancement, implementing new features, and ensuring the dashboards meet the evolving needs of the organization.

·       Support and Maintenance: Answer tickets and support the backend of several HR systems. This includes troubleshooting issues, providing technical assistance, and ensuring smooth operation of the systems.

The department

Your internship is part of the Systems & Solutions team within the People Operations department, the core of all HR processes. We manage everything from Hire to Retire, ensuring a smooth and positive HR experience for over 4,000 employees in the Netherlands. As a shared service center for multiple HEINEKEN operating companies, each with unique needs, our work is both rewarding and dynamic. You'll be supported by an amazing team of approximately 40 dedicated colleagues who are passionate, collaborative, and always striving to make a positive impact on our employees' journeys.

The terms of employment

·       Your starting date is 1 September 2025

·       The internship is fulltime

·       The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)

·       It is a practice-oriented internship

·       You will be based in Schiphol and Amsterdam Office

·       During your internship, you have the flexibility to work in a hybrid setup

·       You will receive an internship fee of €650 gross pm based on 40 hours per week

·       You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)

·       If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed

Conditions of HEINEKEN

1.       You are enrolled at an educational institution.

a.       In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution, from which we receive proof of enrollment for the current academic year from you.

b.       In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.

2.       Living in the Netherlands during internship (HEINEKEN does not facilitate housing).
