The internship

 Are you a bachelor or graduate student, passionate about learning programs and looking for an experience in a large multinational?

 

Your contribution as an intern is essential to the mission of Global Talent and Leadership (GT&L) to develop programs such as a Global senior leader programs and manager programs. GT&L is an innovative department where we create new leadership programs for Finance and other HEINEKEN departments.

 

In this role:

•         You will have the opportunity to develop by actively working on projects and coordinating.

•         You will learn what it takes to develop, support and work inside a large multinational company, learning from a passionate and experienced team.

 

The internship is full time based in Amsterdam and available per 1st* June 2023 for the duration of 6 months. *(Note: starting date June)

 

(Please note that all interns must be enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship. You will need to provide a proof of enrolment with your application. Applications without this will not be considered.)


Responsibilities

 

  • Assist with program management & coordination, data gathering and presentations.
  • Support with the setup of the leadership programs and follow up on participants.
  • Research, creating and posting short articles related to the programs for internal communication.
  • Coordination of meetings and presentations for Leadership programs.
  • Support with the participants and follow-up of their activities.
  • Support with the coordination of focus groups and assessment.
  • Create dashboard with key indicators and follow up on results.

 

 

 

Your profile

You are a student in a relevant field of study and you have the following:

  • Ability to prioritize and to work in a structured way on projects and individually.
  • Great team player capability and eagerness to learn and share knowledge.
  • Proficiency in English: written, spoken and interpersonal.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, pragmatic approach with a can-do mentality.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with analysing and improving processes.
  • Strong Project management skills, excel, MS Office as well as ppt presentations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Full time availability.

Conditions of HEINEKEN

  1. You are enrolled at an educational institution.
    1. In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution.
    2. In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
  2. Physical presence at the location of your internship. We believe that you learn most when you can work directly with your colleagues. It is therefore not possible to work completely remote and HEINEKEN does not facilitate housing.
