Internship – Leadership Development Programs
Are you passionate about leadership development and looking for a unique internship experience? Join our team as a Leadership Development Programs Intern and make a real impact on our global initiatives!
In this role, you’ll:
Drive Program Engagement: Be the main point of contact for program participants, support the deployment of our global leadership programs, and create and execute communication plans to keep everyone informed and inspired.
Measure Success: Track program progress and impact, generate valuable insights from data, and help shape the future of our programs.
Manage Budgets: Assist with budget follow-up and cross-charge costs, ensuring we deliver excellence within our means.
Build Communication Platforms: Help create unified communication platforms for participants and stakeholders, making collaboration smooth and effective.

The terms of employment
- Your starting date is 4 February 2025
- The internship is fulltime
- The duration of the internship is 6 months
- It is a practice-oriented internship
- You will be based in Amsterdam
- During your internship, you have the flexibility to work in a hybrid setup
- You will receive an internship fee of €650 gross pm based on 40 hours per week (when you start at the 1st of January 2025).
- You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
- If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed
Conditions of HEINEKEN
- You are enrolled at an educational institution.
- In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution, from which we receive proof of enrollment for the current academic year from you.
- In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
- Living in the Netherlands during internship (HEINEKEN does not facilitate housing).
