Internship - Heineken Experience Digital and Creative Marketing

Turning creative ideas into unforgettable experiences, that’s a normal day as an intern in the Heineken Experience marketing team.

The internship

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our Heineken Experience Marketing team as a Digital and Creative Marketing Intern. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the digital marketing, social media, and activations fields. The intern will work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist and the Social Media Specialist & Creative. You will assist the team in three different areas: 

1. Digital marketing: 

• Digital analytics and reporting: Elaboration of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, analyzing data from all the Heineken Experience channels (website, social media, customer reviews). 

• Digital campaigns: Assist in the development of digital campaigns from strategy and ideation to production and activation. 

2. Social media: 

• Content planning: Assist in planning the social media content calendar, organizing and scheduling the content for various social media platforms and ensuring a consistent and strategic approach to engage the audience effectively. 

• Content Curation & Filming: You’ll play a key role in collaborating with our creative agency to identify and select trendy, brand-aligned content for the Heineken Experience. This includes researching social media platforms for the latest trends, curating engaging ideas, and supporting the team during filming to bring these concepts to life. 

3. Activations: 

• Activations: You will assist in planning and executing guest activations at the Heineken Experience. This involves brainstorming ideas, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a smooth execution of the activations. 

• Events: You will also assist in organizing a few events, such as Influencer events in collaboration with our partners (Moco, Flagship, etc). This could involve coordinating venues, decorations, entertainment, and other logistical aspects to create enjoyable experiences.

Conditions of HEINEKEN

1. You are enrolled at an educational institution for the entire duration of your internship and can provide proof of enrollment for the current academic year during your onboarding.
   1. In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution.
   2. In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
2. You reside in the Netherlands for the entire duration of your internship. Please note that HEINEKEN does not provide housing.
3. You are in possession of a valid citizen service number (BSN).

Our Internship Conditions

During your time as an intern at HEINEKEN, you’ll work in a dynamic environment where growing and learning are at the heart of everything we do. Together, we brew your future step by step. In addition, we offer you:

• A full-time internship, starting on September 1, 2026
• The duration of the internship is 6 months (to be agreed upon with your internship supervisor)
• Your home office will be located in Amsterdam.
• At HEINEKEN, we work with a hybrid model, typically spending three days a week at the office and two days working from home
• You will receive a monthly internship allowance of €650 gross based on a 40-hour workweek
• You will earn 2 vacation days per month (based on a full-time internship)
• If you do not have a public transport student subscription, your commuting costs will be fully reimbursed
