Internship – Global Maintenance & Asset Care Digital
The internship
Do you enjoy bringing people together, turning technical knowledge into engaging content, and using digital tools to help others learn? Then this internship could be a great fit.
We are looking for an intern to support the development of eLearning courses for our Global Maintenance & Asset Care team. You will play a key role in creating learning materials that help colleagues across our regions, hubs, and breweries become confident and competent users of our maintenance management systems.
Working with subject matter experts from across our global network, you will help translate technical knowledge into clear, engaging and practical learning content. This may include structuring course materials, creating digital learning content, supporting video development, working with avatars, gathering feedback, and testing whether the content works effectively for learners.
During the internship, you will also support the organisation and development of our online Asset Care Week: a global digital event that connects Maintenance & Asset Care colleagues, shares good practices, and brings learning content from across Global Supply Chain to life.
You will have the opportunity to build a strong global network and make deep dives into one or more topics of your choice, such as Maintenance Organisations, Spare Parts Management, Reliability Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Repair & Maintenance Budgeting, Maintenance Management Systems, and many more.
