HEINEKEN is looking for you!
Every day we work with pride on our great products that you have certainly had in your hand at a party, during a work meeting or at home on the couch. HEINEKEN is much more than just beer. What about brands like Cristal Clear, Royal Club, Heineken 0.0, Amstel Radler and Birra Moretti. We actively work to create a pleasant work environment where everyone feels respected and has equal opportunities. Your personality, knowledge and skills are the success of our organization.
The Internship
HEINEKEN is on a journey to become the best-connected brewery in the world. This means we should also internally connect with our employees to win in the markets. We have made a big step forward by successfully implementing SAP SuccessFactors as core employee platform in all our markets worldwide. We also interact with different Centres of Excellence in the Global People department in Amsterdam, such as Talent Acquisition or Talent Management. We are a multinational team with a great drive to continuously improve our HR technology ecosystem but also likes to socialise over a beer at the end of the week!
Your responsibilities
In this internship you will be working on the following:
- Co-create & maintain an integrated plan to monitor and ensure our deployments are on track
