The internship

Join our team at HEINEKEN’s Global Talent & Leadership department, located at our international headquarters in Amsterdam. As part of the Global Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence, you’ll support the Global Graduate Program (GGP), our international program designed to attract and develop high-potential graduates into future leaders of HEINEKEN.

As an intern in the GGP team, you’ll contribute to a range of projects that bring the program to life across the globe. From supporting global recruitment campaigns to coordinating onboarding and community activities, your role will be key in ensuring a consistent and engaging candidate and graduate experience. You’ll also help communicate the right information to the right people, whether it’s future applicants, local HR teams, or the graduates themselves.

You will have the opportunity to work on:

  • Supporting the strategic growth of the GGP, focusing on attracting and developing future HEINEKEN leaders.
  • Assisting with global recruitment campaign coordination and promotion.
  • Managing clear and timely communication for both internal and external audiences.
  • Supporting onboarding and guiding graduates during key stages of their journey.
  • Helping maintain and improve internal platforms and community tools.
  • Coordinating yearly or agile activities for the Global Graduate Community.

You’ll work in a small and hands-on team where ownership and initiative are encouraged, and where your ideas can help shape the future of the program.

The department

At Global Talent & Leadership (GT&L), we unlock the potential of our people to grow HEINEKEN’s business. Our work spans four Centres of Excellence: DE&I, Global Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning & Capabilities.

In this internship, you'll join the Global Graduate Program team within Talent Acquisition, giving you a hands-on view of how we attract and develop early-career talent around the world.


The terms of employment

  • Your starting date is 1 September 2025
  • The internship is full time (in consultation 4 days a week possible)
  • The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
  • It is a practice-oriented internship
  • You will be based in Amsterdam.
  • During your internship, you have the flexibility to work from home in a hybrid setup
  • You will receive an internship fee of €650 gross pm based on 40 hours per week
  • You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
  • If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed

  • You’re studying at HBO or WO level and have a strong interest in Global Talent & Leadership topics.
  • You’re comfortable working with MS Office tools like Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • You’re eager to learn, contribute, and grow within an international corporate environment.

 

Conditions of HEINEKEN

  1. You are enrolled at an educational institution.
    1. In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution, from which we receive proof of enrollment for the current academic year from you.
    2. In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
  2. Living in the Netherlands during internship (HEINEKEN does not facilitate housing).
