The internship

Are you a student passionate about e-commerce, data analysis, and digital transformation? This internship offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in HEINEKEN’s global efforts to drive digital sales transformation. As a Growth & Transformation Intern, you will work closely with key markets such as Vietnam, Brazil, and France, contributing to the alignment of strategies and the acceleration of our global E-Business initiatives.

You’ll be part of a dynamic environment where your ideas and analytical skills can directly impact our ambitious goals, providing you with hands-on experience in a rapidly evolving field.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and evaluate opportunities for digital tools across regions and quantify these opportunities through analysing data from platforms like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and sales dashboards. Leverage these insights into compelling business cases to tackle mutual challenges and create value for multiple operating companies in different regions.
• Tailor presentation decks and communication materials to resonate with local teams, ensuring clarity and relevance.
• Organize and document collected information systematically to facilitate future reference and learning.
• Provide flexible assistance during deployments and co-creation efforts within the Eazle ecosystem, contributing to the success of this global initiative.

The department

Our E-Business team is part of the Global Sales organization, made up of 23 colleagues from all over the world. In this role, you’ll have plenty of chances to meet new people and work with a variety of stakeholders. We’re a team that values connection, often organizing fun events and coming together for a refreshing beer during our weekly drinks.

The terms of employment

• Your starting date is 1 February 2025
• The internship is fulltime
• The duration of the internship is 6 months
• It is a practice-oriented internship
• You will be based in Amsterdam
• During your internship, you have the flexibility to work in a hybrid setup (2 days office)
• You will receive an internship fee of €650 gross pm based on 40 hours per week (when you start at the 1st of January 2025).
• You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
• If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed

The unique you!

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or related fields.
• Proactive and eager to learn, with a solutions-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Passion for sales, digital transformation, e-commerce, and data-driven solutions, with a knack for analyzing numbers and collaborating in teams.
• Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, PowerBI, Hotjar, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communicator in English.
• Bonus: Previous internship experience.

Conditions of HEINEKEN

1. You are enrolled at an educational institution.
   1. In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution, from which we receive proof of enrollment for the current academic year from you.
   2. In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
2. Living in the Netherlands during internship (HEINEKEN does not facilitate housing).
