To fully leverage and exploit all these opportunities the Global Heineken® Brand Team has created a specialized and dedicated digital team that builds our global campaigns together with communications and sponsorship teams and works with our local markets to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.  

We are looking for an Intern to join the Global Heineken®Consumer Connection Team  to support us on our digital campaigns ranging from our Heineken® Player 0.0 activation and event, our heineken.com website and support the Heineken Amplify team.  

In this internship you will be responsible for: 

• Support us on the Global Player 0,0 final activation in December  

• Manage the Heineken.com website.  

• Support the Amplify Team that manages and develops integrated media campaigns for our Heineken markets, for example with writing the newsletters to all or our Amplify Markets.  

• Yes, we are going to ask you to help us with some administrative duties. It can’t all be fun and beer J 

• Maintain agendas and status reports for weekly partnership meetings with the internal team, ensuring all actions and deadlines are delivered and met.

We are looking for an Intern to join the Global Heineken®Consumer Connection Team to support us on our digital campaigns ranging from our Heineken® Player 0.0 activation and event, our heineken.com website and support the Heineken Amplify team. The internship is based in our Amsterdam head-office.

• Passionate about digital marketing communication (content + media) and sponsorships 
• You have experience in digital media (e.g. in student jobs, previous work experience / internships)

• Exceptional team player and eager to learn & share knowledge 
• A pragmatic approach with a can-do mentality 
• Detail-oriented with solid organisational and communication skills 
• Proficiency in English: written and spoken  
• Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Conditions of HEINEKEN

1. You are enrolled at an educational institution for the entire duration of your internship and can provide proof of enrollment for the current academic year during your onboarding.
   1. In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution.
   2. In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
2. You reside in the Netherlands for the entire duration of your internship. Please note that HEINEKEN does not provide housing.
3. You are in possession of a valid citizen service number (BSN).

Our Internship Conditions

During your time as an intern at HEINEKEN, you’ll work in a dynamic environment where growing and learning are at the heart of everything we do. Together, we brew your future step by step. In addition, we offer you:

• A full-time practice (graduate)-oriented internship, starting on February 1, 2026
• The duration of the internship is 6 months (to be agreed upon with your internship supervisor)
• Your home office will be located in Amsterdam
• At HEINEKEN, we work with a hybrid model, typically spending three days a week at the office and two days working from home
• You will receive a monthly internship allowance of €650 gross based on a 40-hour workweek
• You will earn 2 vacation days per month (based on a full-time internship)
• If you do not have a public transport student subscription, your commuting costs will be fully reimbursed
