The internship
The Digital Backbone (DBB) is an end-to-end business transformation that will simplify, standardize and modernize our processes, data & tech landscape across all of HEINEKEN, bringing benefits to OpCo’s, Functions, Customers and Suppliers.
The role will require assistance to the Transition managers of the 3 teams on the following:
- Seamless Fit to Standard workshop preparation and logistics, ensuring it runs like a well-oiled machine and leaves participants engaged
- Keep everyone in the loop with engaging updates on project phase deliverables, turning progress reports into exciting milestones that celebrate each step forward!
- Transform information into captivating visual stories! Use your creativity to design innovative presentations that not only inform but also inspire and engage your audience
- Set the gold standard for documenting meeting information, ensuring every detail is captured with precision and clarity, making it easy for everyone to stay informed and aligned.

The department
The Deploy and Value Capture team is responsible for the HEINEKEN OpCo (country) deployment of DBB and ensure the business value is realized.
Each Transition team consists of a Transition Manager a 1 Process Lead and Business Analyst per workstream. There are 5 workstreams:
- Market to Cash (MtC)
- Source to Pay (StP)
- Demand to Warehouse (DtW)
- Record to Report (RtR)
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
The terms of employment
- Your starting date is 1 February 2025
- The internship is fulltime
- The duration of the internship is 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
- It is a practice-oriented internship
- You will be based in Amsterdam A/Stad4
- During your internship, you have the flexibility to work hybrid
- You will receive an internship fee of €650 gross pm based on 40 hours per week (when you start at the 1st of January 2025).
- You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
- If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed

Conditions of HEINEKEN
- You are enrolled at an educational institution.
- In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution, from which we receive proof of enrollment for the current academic year from you.
- In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
- Living in the Netherlands during internship (HEINEKEN does not facilitate housing).
