Internship - Change & Comms
The internship
HEINEKEN is on a journey to become the best-connected brewery in the world. However, we must also internally connect with our employees to win in the markets. We have made a big step forward by successfully implementing SAP SuccessFactors in all the Operating Companies worldwide. We created one way of working for all administrative People processes across the entire globe! Though the People function continuously evolves, we continue bringing new features & updates to SAP SuccessFactors and other new technologies to the Operating Companies. We are close to all Operating Companies and actively engage with each of them regularly. The core purpose of the Global Solutions & Support team is to provide continuous support for the new ways of working to all the Operating Companies. There is a strong Change Management component to help sustain the new working methods.
Your responsibility
In this internship, you will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting the team in developing the deep-dive calendar and preparing the deep-dive sessions. The deep-dive sessions are designed to help with the upskilling of the HR Administrators (or other People colleagues who use SAP SuccessFactors) in using and working with SAP SuccessFactors or any of the different technologies that we bring (e.g. ServiceNow, PeopleDoc)
- Updating, maintaining and creating different types of support materials. We have a global SharePoint site with all global support materials. We are always looking for improvements in how the information is shared with the Operating Companies
- Creating and driving the business and People engagement survey and any other survey to get input on future changes to SAP SuccessFactors or any of the different technologies that we bring
- Taking on activities that can cover any area that the team is involved in, exposing you to a broad range of functions and activities
- Contributing and, where possible, improving periodic communication on updates
During your internship, you will get the opportunity to get to know HEINEKEN as a company, also outside your department. We give you the trust and freedom to work like a real entrepreneur. We like to bring the outside world inside and enthusiastically embrace new, fresh ideas. Of course, always with the guidance that is right for you.
The department
The Global Solutions & Support team interacts with colleagues from different People Teams from all over the world. Next to that, there is also a project side of the Global Solutions & Support team. This group of colleagues is busy implementing the technologies. You will work together with these colleagues on a day-to-day basis. We also interact with different People disciplines in Amsterdam, such as the Global Talent Acquisition or Global Talent team. Our team likes to socialise and enjoy a good beer at the end of the week! There will be plenty of team moments.
