Ready to write you first chapter in experience design?

As Customer Experience Growth (CXG) Intern at HEINEKEN, you will join the CXO team of digital natives and play a key role by helping to continuously improve our customer experiences within our E-Business platforms. In this position you will learn how to use customer insights, interpret growth experiments, and conduct user research. A large part of your daily activity will be to implement the HEINEKEN CXO knowledge sharing framework to be used by all our global and local teams.

The internship

  • Learn everything related to CXG – research methods, communication strategies, data management, journey optimization, design & decision-making structures

 

  • In this role you will:
    • Under the CXG specialists’ guidance you will support with the implementation of a new communication agenda and knowledge management system for CXO
    • Support with improving the CX Knowledge Bank with learnings and experiments results
    • Support with experimentation initiatives and content management
    • Structure and share knowledge across the Heineken organization
    • Become the voice of the CXG department

The terms of employment

  • Your starting date is February/March 2024
  • The internship is fulltime (in consultation also 4 days a week possible)
  • The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
  • You are registered at an educational institution
  • It is a practice-oriented internship /theoretical research internship
  • You will be based in Amsterdam
  • You will receive an internship fee of €500 (HBO/WO)
  • You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
  • You will have access to our Heineken events and networking opportunities
  • You can enjoy our famous Thursday Borrells!
  • If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed

 

 

 

The start of your internship

Together with a diverse group of interns from different departments you will start your internship at HEINEKEN. Together you will be introduced to the organization. Furthermore, you can organize fun activities with your fellow interns.
