Internship HEINEKEN Global Procurement – Corporate Real Estate Services - September 2024

 

Are you a graduate student willing to drive a structural change within HEINEKEN? The Business Services Team has the right internship for you. You will play a key role in delivering a business case to the CFO of HEINEKEN. You will contribute by working closely with our Global Real Estate Buyer on the creation of a brand new Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) Team. More to be shared during our interview!

The internship

In this internship, you will be responsible for:

  • Helping the Global Buyer to assess, design, and deliver the CRES Business Case
  • Mapping current processes and designing future processes
  • Benchmark industry best practices
  • Identifying and managing anticipated resistance
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to plan change management activities at a granular level of detail
  • Ensuring that change management initiatives and activities are in alignment with overall program plans, objectives, and timelines
  • Co-owning the overall transformation roadmap with key milestones and success metrics
  • Analyzing internal data and providing insights
  • Linking data sources

The department

HEINEKEN Global Procurement helps to create sustainable business value for all our stakeholders. We help create this with our full global community of over 900 people, leveraging our ONE Team spirit that helps us to work collaboratively with all our business stakeholders.


The terms of employment

  • Your starting date is 2nd of September 2024
  • The internship is fulltime (in consultation also 4 days a week possible)
  • The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
  • You are registered at an educational institution
  • It is a practice-oriented internship
  • You will be based in Amsterdam
  • You will receive an internship fee of €500 (HBO/WO)
  • You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
  • If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed

 

The start of your internship

Together with a diverse group of interns from different departments you will start your internship at HEINEKEN. Together you will be introduced to the organization. Furthermore, you can organize fun activities with your fellow interns.
