Internship - Executive Search Recruitment at HEINEKEN

 


The Internship

In this internship, you will work within the Executive Search function of our Recruitment Team. As an intern you will work within the Talent Acquisition (TA) Team.  Our Executive Search function attracts the best Executive and Senior-Level talent to Heineken, globally, across multiple functions.

 

During your internship you will be involved in:

 

•          Supporting the executive search team in directly sourcing candidates for live vacancies

•          •          Supporting in the administration of recruitment; posting advertising and screening candidates

•          Helping analyse current recruitment sources, job postings and optimise if needed

•          Assisting in the improvement of writing job descriptions to attract the right talent

•          Mapping key competitors and giving insight to newly appointed Executives globally

•          Market mapping of candidates using social media and other potential avenues

•          Participating in projects to strengthen the performance of the entire recruitment team

•          Support in the building of an internal dashboard

 

As an intern you be paired with one or more colleagues. You can expect good supervision and at the same time have the space to indicate what your interests are.  During your internship you will get the opportunity to get to know HEINEKEN as a company, also outside your department. Your Profile

For this role, we are looking for someone who has an interest in recruitment, talent acquisition or senior business leadership, who has a willingness to learn and develop.

 

You will be a student in a Master’s, preferably related to Talent or Human Resources and you have the following:

 

•          Fluent English language required

•          Familiar with social media platforms and specifically LinkedIn

•          Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•          Assertive, pragmatic, resilient and a can-do attitude

•          Have an inquisitive attitude and interest in research

•          Strong personality with the ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment

•          Excellent analytical and technology skills

Further details:

 

•          The internship is fulltime (in consultation also 4 days a week possible)

•          The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)

•          You must be registered at an educational institution

•          It is a practice-oriented internship

•          You will be based in Leiden and/or Amsterdam (and working from home).

•          You will receive an internship fee of €500 (HBO/WO)

•          You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)

•          If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed
