What will you do as an Integrated Communications Lead? 

As the Integrated Communications Lead, you will be responsible for shaping and driving a holistic, integrated communication strategy for HEINEKEN's Commercial Function. Your role includes delivering world-class employee and media engagement and innovative storytelling both internally and externally. You’ll build a strong network of internal and external stakeholders to drive communication for large transformation projects. The role sits in the Global Corporate Affairs team, within HEINEKEN’s Global Communications department.

You are a strategic thinker and an expert communicator, passionate about shaping narratives and driving engagement. If you love connecting complex business priorities with innovative communications, this role is for you.

• 10+ years of experience leading and implementing communications, PR, or marketing strategies on complex topics, tailored to specific audiences. 

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas into inspiring narratives and execution. 

• A true team player with the ability to unify different priorities and deliverables in and outside the team.  

• Strong business partnering and stakeholder skills. 

• Proven expertise in driving impactful employee engagement and earned media strategies. 

• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. 

• Proficiency in digital communication tools and curiosity to learn innovative communication formats. 

• Fluency in English.
