What will you do as a Global Rewards Systems Specialist?

As part of the Global Rewards Transformation Team you will support to optimise our global rewards processes. In your job you will be giving analytical and operational support with technical and operational activities, to ensure accurate and timely execution of annual compensation processes.

 

Key responsibilities

  • End responsible for technical support for annual compensation processes for Global Rewards (currently salary review, short-term and long-term incentives)
  • Define and execute plans for projects related to annual compensation processes and coordinate these projects: identify project needs, goal, resources, deadlines, plan (e.g. add new functionalities, conduct testing phases, etc.) and leveraging synergies to optimise and support processes
  • Keep in contact with and update different stakeholders involved in projects
  • Lead standard, documented process to receive, prioritize and implement changes in annual compensation process solutions
  • Solve deep functional issues in SuccessFactors compensation module/variable pay module
  • Train OpCo users in annual compensation processes
  • Initiate surveys and create action plans to improve results
  • Standardize and document the annual compensation processes
  • Act as point of contact for OpCos for support activities (incl. answering content queries)

 

Functional expertise: Develop and maintain subject matter knowledge of one focus area within our Global Rewards transformation team:

  • Data & Systems: responsible for optimising data-flows between systems and team members, maintenance and checks to ensure up to date and correct data as input for operational processes; ensure supporting tools are ready for use and integrated for accurate, timely and secure data transfers.

 

Are you the Global Rewards Systems Specialist who completes our team?  

 

For this role we’re looking for a professional with the following qualifications and experience:

 

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 2-4 years of project management experience
  • At least 2 years of experience working with SuccessFactors
  • Experience in the area of IT & HR
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
