About the role

 

As Global Process Lead for Order to Cash (OtC), you will shape the global process ambition, strategy, and blueprint for OtC and drive the transformation roadmap to achieve the target state. This is a strategic leadership role with significant impact on global Finance and Market-to-Cash performance.

 

 

 

Roles & responsibilities

 

  1. Own process strategy and execution: Shape the strategic blueprint for Order to Cash processes in line with the functional Finance and cross-functional Market to Cash (MtC) strategies. Develop and maintain the Order to Cash process taxonomy and harmonised processes in line with business priorities and requirements. Continuously drive end-to-end (E2E) process alignment across Finance and other Market to Cash areas. Build internal and external networks to stay on top of new developments in the domain, foster best practise sharing and drive continuous improvement. Be the delegate functional owner of the Order to Cash processes.
  2. Drive process performance: Build and grow data driven insights on process performance and conformance, and their link to business performance, through the development and deployment of process performance dashboards, KPI frameworks, process maturity assessment and process mining. Develop benchmarking structures to support target driven growth, customer experience, operational excellence and continuous cost improvement.
  3. Define & embed technology and data enablers: Collaborate with Finance and D&T to define the technology and data enablers that will improve the process maturity. Drive establishment of the enablers and process conformance through transformation programs like DBB. Monitor business case to ensure value is realised. Take a leadership role in relation to Order to Cash data management.

 

 

 

Experience & profile (what & how)

 

What:

 

  • Education: University level
  • Work experience: 10-12 years in similar role & environment
  • Required work experience in field of expertise: Operational expertise in Order to Cash within an international FMCG environment. Proven experience of adding value through continuous improvement of Order to Cash processes.
  • Other fields of expertise: Commercial transformation, program/project mgt, product mgt, continuous improvement/lean six sigma.
  • Functional skills: Bring structure through E2E process oriented thinking, CI methodologies and program mgt. Translate vision into engaging story that inspires others. Relentless focus on measurement and value delivery. Translation of process ambition to tech/data requirements.
  • Languages: English (excellent verbal and written skills)
