Job purpose: Support / lead on D&T and Business Consulting projects – with focus in 2025 on Global and EU region projects
Reports to: Global Category Lead D&T and PS

What you will do:
You will be responsible with leading and supporting on key D&T / Business Consulting strategic deals (top RFI/RFP’s) demonstrating the following: Strategic Sourcing, Negotiation and Contracting for strategic Digital & Technology and PS contracts
Key responsibilities
Responsible to work with D&T Functions / Regions and HO Business Consulting users to deliver their RFP & sourcing activities – providing support from start of demand through to completion of contracting
Support demand challenge and OpCo projects in Business Consulting space (Regional Programme & HO Decision Paper)
Leading business colleagues on securing optimum results through leading or supporting global tenders, negotiation, supplier selection and contracting process in cooperation with the business
Attend / lead monthly D&T meetings (Functions and / or Regions) to connect to raise any concerns and/or gather internal feedback
Support Governance (Business and Performance Review) and Contract renewal cycle for main D&T / BS partners
With other Category Managers, update and manage Guardrails and Guides for our stakeholders
Who you are:
Education: Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, IT or equivalent. Purchasing and/or Business qualification desirable (CIPS/MBA)
Work experience: 5/7+ years in Procurement, Vendor Management, IT. Ability to understand complex D&T transformation projects
Other fields of expertise: experience in the IT and/or Professional Services categories
Functional skills: Analytical, strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, negotiations
Languages: English
