What will you do as a Global Category Manager BTL Agencies? The role has the following responsibilities:
- Manage the BTL agency sourcing category with a global spend of about €480m and develop long-term strategy to optimize investments with the right agency partner base.
- Ensure OpCo alignment & strong business partnering on BTL projects that drive productivity. This includes embedding initiatives into company programs like FORCE. It also requires close collaboration with ATL team to ensure synergies between categories are maximized.
- Implement the best suitable agency model for the organization and run agency landscape studies that bring both internal as well as external benchmarks on agency performance and remuneration.
- Strong community management, fostering Learn-Share-Reapply behaviour and internal & external stakeholder management to enable further capability building, toolkit development and deployment.
Are you up for a challenge in the field of BTL agencies, covering areas like Events, Sampling or Design work? Are you a result-oriented team player, strong in connect and able to think out of the box? Do you have strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and simple manner? Someone that understands the agency landscape and aware of trends and developments that influence the BTL agency category?
Who we’re looking for
For this role, we’re looking for someone with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex business problems. Part of this will include your ability to connect and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders at every level.
Qualifications:
- University degree in a business, financial, commercial, economical or marketing discipline.
- Experience/ skills required: 8-10 years’ experience required in a similar role (commerce/procurement) in a complex international (FMCG) environment.
- Languages: Fluent English
