Roles & responsibilities


  • Manage RtR/BPM/OtC finance processes
  • Be responsible for period end close GSC HO
  • Consolidate, plan and report financials of GSC Head Office (actuals, RoFo, etc)
  • Drive the governance cycle of GSC HO incl OpCo’s on timelines and deliverables
  • Support business control with ad-hoc support
  • Develop and deliver financial and financial/operational reports for GSC HO and OpCo’s. Track and report gross savings and C2A of SC programs (both Top25 as non-Top25).
  • Perform post audit reviews of central programs in case needed.
  • Coordinate with our shared service centre (HGSS) financial processes and period end close
  • Write position papers if needed and liaise with Global Accounting & reporting
  • Liaise with GSC Performance Reporting team on scope & content combined financial & operational reports
  • Coordinate & communicate the governance cycles GSC HO & OpCo’s
  • Build and consolidate AP/SP plans and RoFo’s for GSC
  • Create ad-hoc financials analysis
  • Create & coordinate presentations for GSC LT and ET&EB
  • Align with other finance functions on cross functional deliverables (e.g. D&T) and improvement programs for GBC
  • Respond on questions of OpCo’s and business partners in case of questions of cross charges of GSC
  • Participate in (cross) functional workgroups
  • Update business cases, consolidate and report gross cost savings of D&T enabled SC programs.


Experience & profile


Education: Degree / Master in business economics or accounting & control. Studying for RA or RC. Thorough knowledge of business economical processes

Work experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in Finance, with solid knowledge of back-office finance and cross functional planning & control experience

Required work experience in field of expertise: Demonstrated experience in business control, financial control and/or FP&A

Other fields of expertise: Experience of working within a multinational matrix style environment is valuable and process design (BPM) is a pre.

Functional skills: Finance knowledge, Analytical, Experience with SAP, strong communicator

Languages: English (excellent verbal & written skills)

Leadership expectations: Shape, connect, develop, deliver and role model HEINEKEN behaviours

Communication skills: Strong communication skills are essential in order to manage relationships on a strategic and tactical level with a broad range of senior stakeholders across the business. Must be able to operate and communicate effectively in a complex environment
