Your role as Email Specialist

As part of the Growth Team, you'll help shape the way we connect with our customers. From campaign creation to optimisation, you’ll learn how to make email marketing impactful—working alongside experienced team members who will guide and support you along the way. This is a great opportunity to grow into a key role in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

 

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be at the heart of our email marketing efforts—setting up journeys, crafting campaigns, and learning how to use data to drive results. You’ll work closely with the Content, Operations, and Commerce teams to make sure our emails are timely, relevant, and effective.

Your key responsibilities will include:

·       Creating and managing automated journeys, newsletters, and promotional campaigns that align with our commercial calendar and segmentation strategy.

·       Defining KPIs, setting performance targets, and reporting on email metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, and conversion using Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Power BI.

·       Continuously improving the email channel through data-driven experimentation, customer behaviour insights, and scalable automation.

·       Partnering with stakeholders across Content, Operations, and Commerce to ensure smooth execution and high-impact email marketing.

·       Supporting team development by onboarding and guiding interns involved in email activities.

 

You bring

You might not be an email pro just yet—but you’re eager to learn, data-curious, and ready to take ownership. You like the idea of mixing creativity with performance, and you’re not afraid to try, test, and improve.

Here’s what helps you succeed in this role:

  • Some experience (or a strong interest) in digital marketing, CRM, or e-commerce.
  • An eye for detail and a structured way of working.
  • Curiosity about tools like Klaviyo, Google Analytics, or Power BI (experience is a plus, not a must).
  • A proactive mindset and strong communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow with the role.
