What will you do as a eBusiness Data Lead? 

As the key player in driving our digital data vision, you'll support our product data & analytics organization in all aspects related to driving data driven growth for Global E-business. You will be thinking customer first and working backwards to drive value across multiple product lines and customer touchpoints. You will shape the future of eCommerce data in the context of broader corporate strategies [Commerce, Global HEINEKEN]. This includes working cross-functionally with finance, engineering, business units on every continent, product teams, and global commerce. You will also have a role in supporting how this data is turned into actionable insights that product teams use to deliver value. This role will work in close partnership with business intelligence analysts and product owners, in addition to our value measurement team & Data Principal Product Owner.  

 

Your roles & responsibilities: 

  • Support the vision for overarching eCommerce capabilities around measuring value, product reporting, and data management. 

  • Work backwards from customer use-cases to define product requirements and use cases for the eCommerce data capabilities in collaboration with Commerce Data strategies. 

  • Collaborate with engineering and analyst teams to prioritize and manage the development roadmap for Heineken’s data platforms and analytical services and tools. 

  • Develop and implement data governance policies and operational processes to ensure the accuracy, quality, reliability, and accessibility of data. 

  • Establish and enforce data quality standards, monitoring services, and auditing processes for operational conformance and legal requests in a federated environment. 

 

Who we’re looking for: 
We are looking for an ambitious professional who has a proven track record in product management, data & analytics, and experience in bringing revenue generating data products to market. A real data enthusiast that is ready to provide deep insights. Additionally, we expect the following qualifications:  

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field [CS, Engineering, etc.] 

  • 5+ years working experience in product ownership/management or other technical field 

  • Advanced analytics skills including SQL or Python  

  • Expertise in large scale data platforms, data warehouses, data lakes, value measurement, and analytics tracking  

  • Experience thinking in customer outcomes, end user experience, and the underlying technology stack to drive those experiences and outcomes  

  • Strong leadership / communication / influencing skills on different levels 

  • Able to connect customer needs to data requirements & focusing on ultimate business value
