To support our continued growth and data-driven ambitions, we’re looking for a Data Engineer to join our Data Team and help shape the backbone of our data infrastructure.

 

What you'll do
As a Medior Data Engineer in our Data Team, you'll play a crucial role in building, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's data infrastructure. You’ll transform raw data into structured, analysis-ready formats and ensure that our data platform remains stable, scalable, and efficient. Working closely with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders, you’ll help unlock insights and drive data-informed decisions across the company.

Your key responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain robust data platform architectures and pipelines

  • Monitor all data pipelines, ensuring performance and quick issue resolution

  • Collaborate with operational teams to understand and manage data flows to and from the datalake

  • Act as a mentor to Junior Data Engineers and support them in Python and data library usage (e.g., PySpark, Pandas)

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Databricks and Data Warehousing technologies

  • Provide clean, pre-aggregated datasets to empower Data Analysts

  • Proactively identify hidden patterns and insights from complex data sets

  • Ensure high code quality through test coverage and maintainability

  • You have a strong background in data engineering with hands-on experience in building data infrastructures

  • You’re fluent in Python and experienced with libraries like PySpark and Pandas

  • You’re a Databricks expert and confident working with data warehouse environments

  • You have a proactive mindset and thrive on solving complex data problems

  • You enjoy mentoring others and promoting a data-driven culture

  • You’re results-driven and focused on platform stability, code quality, and business impact

  • You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and working with cross-functional teams—even when communication is a challenge
